In the wake of the Government of Alberta’s regulations regarding the additional health measures being

implemented to limit the spread of COVID-19, we want to insure that our clients are aware of the extra

steps being taken at our office.

While we are still open for business, we take the health of our clients and staff very seriously. We have

purchased disinfectant wipes that are being used in high contact areas multiple times a day.

In order to commit to the recommended social distancing, we are pleased to offer our clients a cloud

based portal system. This portal system allows us to exchange documents, communicate, and acquire

signatures without the need of an office visit. Video conferencing and phone calls can now be used instead

of face to face meetings as well. Please call our office for more information.

The government has made announcements recently in regards to increased funding and tax deadlines. As

of today March 18, we do not have any further details as to the policies or procedures that will be put in

place in order to enact these changes. As we receive the information, we will be updating our clients

accordingly.

We find ourselves in an unprecedented situation, we will continue to serve our clients the best way we
